Customer Excellence Associate

We are hiring a dependable Customer Excellence Associate for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting customers within the insurance industry. This role requires a service-minded professional who can effectively manage customer requests, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive support in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct follow-up outreach to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
• Review and verify customer information across multiple databases.
• Process account updates and maintain accurate documentation.
