Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing nonprofit organization that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for high-volume hiring across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in an evolving HR organization undergoing significant transformation and growth.


The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment function, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies, and partner with leadership to develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching recruiters, building scalable hiring processes, and supporting broader HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4+ recruiters responsible for high-volume recruiting.
  • Establish recruiting goals, performance metrics, and accountability measures for the recruitment team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing recruiting culture focused on exceptional candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy & Operations

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Compliance & Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recruitment-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement standardized hiring processes and controls.

Human Resources Partnership

  • Support broader HR initiatives and transformation efforts as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR programs that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and organizational leaders.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership experience managing recruiters.
  • Experience overseeing high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate recruiting teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience working within a nonprofit, mission-driven, healthcare, education, social services, or similarly complex organization.
  • Experience leading recruiting initiatives during periods of organizational growth or transformation.



Compensation

$90,000.00-$100,000.00 Yearly
