Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome attendees professionally and provide helpful support to ensure a positive event experience.
• Manage high-volume morning check-in activity by confirming attendee names in the registration system and printing badges accurately.
• Assist late-arriving guests and guide them to the appropriate rooms, sessions, or event areas.
• Respond to attendee questions promptly and resolve routine concerns with a customer-focused approach.
• Use a laptop and scanning or registration tools to process participant information efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Maintain an orderly check-in area and help keep event flow on schedule throughout the summit.
• Coordinate with onsite staff to support scheduling needs and address attendance-related issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of attendees.• Comfort using a laptop and basic event registration or scanning tools.
• Ability to stay organized and manage timelines during busy event periods.
• Clear verbal communication skills and confidence when providing directions or answering questions.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support both early check-in and later arrivals.
• Detail-oriented approach to entering names, locating records, and printing badges correctly.
• No prior experience required; ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
