HR Recruiter

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on hiring a high volume of warehouse positions within a short timeline while ensuring a respectful and compliant candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential medical and background screening information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting

• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience and move them efficiently through the hiring process.

• Source talent through online recruiting platforms and other outreach methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates.

• Coordinate interviews, prepare offer documentation, and support candidates through each stage of selection.

• Manage background screening steps and help facilitate pre-employment clearances in a timely and accurate manner.

• Process authorizations for required physical exams and drug testing as part of the onboarding workflow.

• Maintain recruiting records and compliance-related driver documentation with close attention to accuracy and detail.

• Participate in occasional Saturday hiring events or job fairs to expand candidate outreach and accelerate hiring activity.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in full-cycle warehouse position recruiting or high-volume hiring environments.

• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively across multiple requisitions.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools such as Indeed.

• Strong professionalism and the ability to safeguard sensitive candidate information, including medical and screening details.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays for recruiting events.
