Sales Associate 1
Responsibilities:
• Drive individual and team revenue performance by consistently working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Guide prospective and returning customers through the purchasing journey using a consultative approach that matches products, accessories, and protection options to their needs.
• Manage the full inside sales cycle from initial inquiry through final purchase, ensuring each interaction moves opportunities forward effectively.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and maintain reliable follow-up to strengthen engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Partner with customer support and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts and maximize lead generation opportunities.
• Develop and deliver tailored quotes or proposals that clearly present product options and encourage informed buying decisions.
• Maintain accurate activity records, pipeline updates, and lead tracking within CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Stay current on product details and features in order to serve as a trusted resource for customer questions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales targets in a goal-driven environment.• Experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and handling customer objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related business applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone-based customer interaction abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative while also contributing positively to a collaborative team setting.
• Genuine interest in fitness and wellness and the ability to connect that enthusiasm to customer conversations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Compensation
