Sales Service Representative

We are in search of a Sales Service Representative to join our team in the retail industry, located in Newton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be fundamental in facilitating customer satisfaction, resolving issues proactively, and bolstering the success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer orders using SAP software
• Address inquiries about orders, product availability, and pricing
• Organize shipments from domestic warehouses and international manufacturing plants
• Maintain effective communication and thorough documentation within established deadlines
• Facilitate the processing of invoices and assist customers with payment procedures
• Provide support to Regional Sales Managers with contract management and yearly budget data
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Uphold detail oriented standards in customer service and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Utilize skills in Inbound Sales and Order Entry to enhance customer experience and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
• Proficiency in inbound sales techniques and strategies.
• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP software and its utilization in a retail setting.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and the ability to meet sales goals.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Willingness to learn about new products and retail trends to enhance sales performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays as the retail industry demands.

Compensation

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 Yearly
