Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities across receiving, put-away, order preparation, packing, and outbound dispatch to maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee domestic and international transportation coordination, working closely with freight partners to support timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Maintain dependable inventory control practices by reviewing stock records, leading cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Guide, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to build a productive team culture focused on accountability and service quality.
• Track operational performance measures such as inventory accuracy, order quality, shipment timeliness, and freight-related spending, then implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce workplace safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal operating procedures throughout warehouse and shipping functions.
• Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and lead improvement efforts that increase throughput, reduce waste, and manage operating costs.
• Support the use of warehouse systems and related tools to improve visibility, organization, and execution across distribution activities.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or distribution environments.• 2+ years of experience leading teams or supervising operational staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of inventory control, warehouse distribution, and shipping coordination practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and other computerized operational tools.
• Working understanding of safety compliance requirements and warehouse equipment use.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
