Insurance Service Associate

We are partnering with a respected insurance organization to hire an Insurance Service Associate for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, managing sensitive information accurately, and providing outstanding service in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email with policy-related questions and requests.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to provide updates and gather information.
• Verify customer data and process account changes with precision.
• Maintain organized records and detailed documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems to research issues and complete transactions.
• Support scheduling activities and customer service initiatives.
