Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to prospective candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process.

• Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.

• Present employment offers clearly and professionally while helping candidates navigate next steps.

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation within the HR system.

• Manage a high volume of recruiting activity across multiple openings while staying organized and responsive.

• Promote the company opportunity effectively to attract talent and generate candidate engagement.

• Support hiring process administration with careful attention to deadlines, status updates, and candidate tracking.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or a similarly fast-paced talent acquisition environment.

• Ability to handle high outbound call volume with professionalism, energy, and persistence.

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to represent and sell career opportunities to candidates.

• Experience coordinating hiring activities such as candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer delivery.

• Solid documentation skills and the ability to keep recruiting information current and accurate.

• Knowledge of hiring processes and corporate recruiting practices.

• Resilience, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach in a demanding workload environment.
