Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls with professionalism, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide helpful support to patients, staff, and external contacts.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings to ensure timely scheduling and efficient use of team availability.
• Support administrative operations by preparing documents, maintaining organized records, and handling routine office tasks accurately.
• Assist with scheduling activities related to home health services, helping align appointments and staff availability with operational needs.
• Monitor and update application-related information and administrative data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other office tools to track information, generate basic reports, and support day-to-day coordination activities.
• Respond to questions and service requests in a courteous manner that promotes a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal team members to keep workflows organized, address scheduling conflicts, and support ongoing administrative priorities.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, coordination, or office operations.• Background working in home health, healthcare support, or a related service environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with administrative or application management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
