Senior Benefits Workday Implementation Consultant- remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Consultant with Workday Implementation background for this remote role. This role will guide key people-focused programs, strengthen policy and compliance practices, and partner with leadership to improve employee processes and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in benefits, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within complex business environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to refine policies, enhance compliance practices, and support consistent application across the organization.

• Drive organizational development efforts by identifying process improvements that strengthen team effectiveness and employee experience.

• Oversee benefits-related initiatives, including plan design support, administration coordination, and open enrollment readiness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage HRIS-related projects, including Workday enhancements and implementation activities where needed.

• Provide project governance, status reporting, and risk management to keep leadership informed and initiatives on track.

• Support people management practices by helping shape programs and processes that improve workforce planning and operational consistency.

• Analyze HR program performance and recommend practical solutions that increase efficiency, compliance, and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing HR projects within complex organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR leadership practices, employee policy development, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Background in organizational development and people management initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and broader HRIS implementation or optimization efforts.
• Familiarity with benefits administration, benefits design, and open enrollment processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage stakeholders, and communicate progress clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Compensation

$50.00-$65.00 Hourly
