Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, provide a strong first impression, and direct guests to the appropriate contacts or departments.
• Manage incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the front desk area so it remains organized, presentable, and ready to support daily business needs.
• Assist with administrative support such as document handling, scheduling coordination, and routine office communications.
• Perform clerical work including filing, data entry, record maintenance, and preparation of basic office materials.
• Coordinate day-to-day reception activities to help ensure smooth workflow across the office during business hours.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or office support role.• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and common business software.
• Ability to work the assigned 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule in an office setting that requires attention to detail.
Compensation
