Member Services Representative

A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented Member Services Representative for a contract-to-hire position. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting customers, investigating questions, and maintaining high-quality service standards while working with multiple systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer contacts and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers regarding requests, changes, and account updates.
• Research information and verify details across several systems.
• Document conversations and maintain organized customer records.
• Deliver exceptional service through both phone and email communication.
• Assist with scheduling and service-related transactions.
• Support daily business operations using Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

1+ year of customer service experience required.

Previous high-volume call experience preferred.

Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Ability to work efficiently across multiple computer applications.
