HRIS Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address HR system support requests, ensuring issues are acknowledged, tracked, and resolved within appropriate timeframes.
• Administer and maintain HR technology platforms and related server-based resources to support reliable day-to-day operations.
• Partner with IT and HR stakeholders to oversee document storage practices and data management processes that align with compliance expectations.
• Review current HR systems and help coordinate enhancements, updates, and technical changes across software and tools.
• Serve as a key point of contact between HR and technical teams to communicate system needs, troubleshoot concerns, and support users.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS environments by identifying inconsistencies, assisting with corrections, and promoting accurate recordkeeping.
• Support ongoing system optimization efforts by evaluating workflows and recommending practical improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: Dayforce, Aloha, or HotSchedules.• Background in HRIS administration, HR systems analysis, or related human resources technology support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to adapt quickly, shift priorities when needed, and remain effective in a changing work environment.
• Receptive approach to feedback, with a willingness to ask questions and clarify details to ensure quality work.
• Experience working with HR data, system configurations, databases, or technology-driven HR processes.
• Availability to work onsite five days per week in Costa Mesa, California.
Compensation
