Branch Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Branch Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Minneapolis office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, coordinating multiple priorities, and being a go-to resource for both employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative needs
- Manage incoming mail, applications, forms, and other documentation
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and prepared
- Coordinate vendors, equipment, and general office needs
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions
- Communicate with employees, leadership, clients, and business partners
- Support recruiting coordination and candidate sourcing activities
- Provide professional and responsive support to clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong computer and general technology skills
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented
Schedule & Location
This position is 100% onsite in Minneapolis, MN, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Compensation
