Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support a service-focused team in Dania Beach, Florida. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact for customers while helping internal teams deliver a consistent and responsive experience. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to accurate, high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the service process.
• Partner with departments across the business to help ensure work is completed accurately and within expected timeframes.
• Monitor service activity and follow up on open items so customers remain informed on status and next steps.
• Review completed orders or service records to confirm charges align with customer agreements and approved terms.
• Maintain organized documentation, account notes, and administrative records to support daily operations and reporting needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally, resolving concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support a collaborative workflow by coordinating with internal stakeholders to address service questions, billing concerns, and account needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or an administrative position.
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage customer information, service activity, and follow-up tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, especially when reviewing records, contracts, billing information, and service documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and critical-thinking skills.
• Positive, customer-focused approach with a dependable and team-oriented work style.

Compensation

$60,000.00-$65,000.00 Yearly
