Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support sales growth and strengthen client relationships in Michigan. This Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced mobile fueling team by helping expand service adoption among both current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with accurate administrative support to deliver a positive customer experience and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand service usage.
• Reach out to prospective clients to introduce mobile fueling solutions and generate new business interest.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and provide clear, attentive support throughout the sales process.
• Enter customer, order, and account information accurately into internal systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members to promote brand value and deliver a high standard of customer service across the market.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks to support ongoing account development.
• Assist with product and service adoption efforts by explaining benefits and helping customers understand available solutions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail when managing customer information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to manage follow-up activities and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and standard business software.
• A detail-oriented, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
