A growing and team-oriented organization is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support its accounting and finance team. This position is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Assist with general accounting activities and daily financial operations
- Maintain and update Excel schedules and supporting documentation
- Process and allocate invoices to appropriate company codes
- Track and reconcile intercompany expenses
- Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and timely
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities
- Support reporting and analysis as requested by the accounting team
- Work within an ERP system to maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent accounting experience
- Understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience supporting AP, AR, bookkeeping, or general accounting functions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
Compensation
