Client Service Representative

A strong opportunity for someone who loves working with people but also wants a role with plenty of administrative responsibility.

A growing property management organization in Oceanside is looking for a Client Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams. This position combines customer service, scheduling, documentation, and problem-solving. You'll be responsible for making sure requests are handled quickly and professionally while keeping accurate records throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant and client inquiries by phone and email
• Document service requests and coordinate follow-up
• Schedule vendors, maintenance appointments, and property inspections
• Communicate updates regarding open service requests
• Maintain accurate tenant and property records
• Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution
• Escalate complex concerns to property management when appropriate
• Prepare reports and assist with general office administration
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, office administration, or client support experience
• Property management, real estate, or facilities experience is a plus
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Comfortable learning new software and databases
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor
