Sr. Facilities Admin
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Administrator to oversee the coordination of workplace operations and support the efficient management of facilities-related services. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive office environment by managing vendor relationships, coordinating facility projects, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, experience working in corporate office environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility-related requests and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues.
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers to support workplace operations.
- Manage service contracts, vendor scheduling, and invoice processing.
- Support facility improvement projects, office reconfigurations, and space utilization initiatives.
- Maintain records related to facilities operations, equipment, warranties, and service agreements.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement of facility supplies and services.
- Coordinate employee workspace setups, office moves, and onboarding logistics.
- Support workplace safety programs and maintain compliance documentation.
- Monitor office inventory levels and coordinate purchases as needed.
- Provide administrative support to facilities leadership and cross-functional business partners.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 4+ years of facilities administration, office management, workplace operations, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of facility coordination and vendor management practices.
- Experience supporting office projects, workplace services, or property operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with work order systems, facilities software, or property management platforms preferred.
Compensation
