Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, account updates, and customer requests accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Provide product, service, and account information to customers
• Track and follow up on open customer issues
• Meet service and quality standards while delivering a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
