🚀 Why This Role Is Different
You’ll work directly with the COO and current Operations Manager, receiving hands-on training and significant knowledge transfer as you grow into the role.
This isn't a narrow operations position. You’ll have visibility across operations, HR, technology, compliance coordination, process improvement, and firmwide initiatives.
You’ll be expected to spot problems, build solutions, and actually get things done.
🛠️ What You’ll Own
- Lead operational projects from planning through implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
- Partner with leadership on firmwide initiatives
- Support technology implementations and process improvements
- Coordinate HR initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and employee matters
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance
- Serve as a go-to resource for operational questions
- Help drive projects that improve the way the firm operates
Qualifications:

Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus—but the right operational mindset matters most.
