Senior Compliance Review Analyst

Seeking experienced professionals to support quality review, investigative oversight, and compliance-related activities within a regulated environment. This role focuses on evaluating completed reviews, ensuring documentation quality, and maintaining adherence to established standards and procedures.
Responsibilities: Review completed investigations, alerts, and case documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Identify matters that require additional review, escalation, or follow-up Evaluate investigative findings and support reporting recommendations when appropriate Document review outcomes clearly and concisely Ensure work aligns with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Analyze trends, findings, and data to support quality and risk management initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of detail oriented experience in operations, risk, compliance, investigations, audit, or a related field Experience conducting quality reviews, case reviews, or oversight activities preferred Bachelor's degree required Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, risk, or governance frameworks preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Advanced attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$30.00-$35.00 Hourly
