Web Producer & Designer

We're looking for a Web Producer & Designer who can own the full lifecycle of web content — from design and layout through publishing and optimization. This role blends visual design sensibility with hands-on technical execution, keeping the website current, on-brand, and performing well.

What You'll Do

• Design and build web pages, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Publish, update, and maintain website content using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal)
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate campaign concepts into web-ready assets
• Optimize page layouts for user experience, load speed, and conversion
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and follows on-page best practices
• Troubleshoot basic front-end issues (HTML/CSS) and coordinate with developers on more complex fixes
• QA new pages and features across browsers and devices before launch
• Manage web production timelines and prioritize requests across multiple stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in web production, design, or a hybrid digital role
• Proficiency in a CMS platform — HubSpot or Wordpress experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web performance best practices
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent organizational skills — able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
