Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions for a Contract position based in Elmsford, New York. This seasonal opportunity is expected to run through November and is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and provides attentive service in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will assist customers by phone, manage order-related activity, and help ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls while providing accurate, courteous, and timely assistance

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify order details, or address service-related questions

• Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness

• Respond to questions about products, services, order status, and general account needs with attention to detail

• Resolve routine customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and order activity

• Support schedule demands that may include weekday shifts and occasional Saturday coverage with an alternate weekday off

• Contribute to a positive customer experience by balancing responsiveness, consistency, and attention to detai

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar client-facing support role
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone communication confidently and professionally
• Experience with order entry or processing transactions in a business system
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately
• Comfortable working in a structured schedule that may change based on seasonal business needs
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn internal tools quickly

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
