Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a real estate property and facilities management team in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a Contract position with a part-time morning schedule, Monday through Friday, and is expected to continue through mid-September, with the possibility of adjustments based on business needs. The person in this role will help maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks that support daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter invoice information into company records and databases while maintaining a high level of precision.

• Prepare security deposit mailings by organizing documents and assembling envelopes for distribution.

• Review entered information for completeness and correct any discrepancies before finalizing records.

• Support morning administrative workflows by handling assigned clerical tasks in a timely manner.

• Maintain organized documentation so financial and tenant-related materials are easy to retrieve when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience performing data entry in an office or administrative environment.
• Strong numeric entry skills with consistent attention to accuracy and detail.
• Comfortable using computers and standard data entry systems to process information efficiently.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable availability to work a part-time schedule in the mornings, Monday through Friday.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle routine clerical work independently.
