Social Media Content Manager & Creator
Approximately 6-Month Contract - Approximately $6,000 -7,000/Month
Chris Preble from Robert Half is working with a rapidly growing health and wellness organization that is expanding its marketing department and looking to add an experienced Social Media Content Manager & Creator to the team.
The organization serves both corporate and individual consumers and is seeking a highly creative, hands-on professional to take ownership of social content creation and execution across multiple platforms.
Need someone who can personally take content from concept through execution—developing ideas, creating and editing content, identifying trends and opportunities, and consistently producing content that engages audiences and builds the brand.
What You'll Do
- Create approximately 20 unique pieces of original content each week across multiple social platforms.
- Develop engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels.
- Own the content creation process from concept through final execution, including ideation, scripting, hooks, captions, filming and/or coordinating video, editing, and publishing.
- Develop short-form video, longer-form video, graphics, written posts, and other platform-specific content.
- Turn company stories, ideas, subject-matter expertise, and timely topics into compelling social content.
- Repurpose strong concepts across multiple platforms while ensuring the content feels native to each channel.
- Stay ahead of social trends, emerging formats, platform changes, and new opportunities to reach audiences.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar while remaining flexible enough to capitalize on timely trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with company leadership and other members of the marketing team to develop content and bring ideas to life.
- Track engagement, views, audience growth, and other performance metrics and use those insights to continuously improve content.
- Help develop and maintain a distinctive and consistent brand voice across social channels.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Professional content creation experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work you have personally created.
- Demonstrated success creating engaging short-form video and social media content.
- Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to consistently produce a high volume of original, high-quality content.
- Strong video creation and editing capabilities.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience growth, engagement, and what drives content performance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, experiment, and take ownership without requiring extensive direction.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with executives and turning their ideas and expertise into compelling content.
- Must reside in the United States
Industry-specific experience is not required. The priority is exceptional content creation ability, strong social media instincts, and demonstrated success producing content that engages and grows audiences.

Compensation
