Customer Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders by entering transactions into business systems and maintaining accurate order records from receipt through completion.
• Verify sales documentation and billing details to ensure information is complete, correct, and aligned across internal records.
• Coordinate outbound shipments directly from the office and work with external fulfillment partners to support timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding order questions, exceptions, or delays, and take ownership of resolving issues efficiently.
• Support onboarding of new customer accounts by setting up profiles and maintaining accurate information in company systems.
• Monitor inventory information and help keep stock records current to support order accuracy and fulfillment needs.
• Review ecommerce activity for incoming orders, address declined transactions, and maintain the administrative side of the online store.
• Prepare shipping documentation and carrier labels as needed to facilitate smooth distribution activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related support function.• Proven ability to thrive in a small, team-oriented workplace where responsibilities may shift based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous, approachable style when working with customers and internal colleagues.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills with close attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle issues clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using QuickBooks Enterprise or comparable accounting or order-processing software.
Compensation
