1+ Year Litigation Attorney

We are looking for a newly admitted or early-career AZ-licensed attorney to join a legal team in Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is licensed in Arizona and interested in building a strong foundation in litigation practice, including workers’ compensation matters. The role offers hands-on training, direct exposure to casework, and the chance to grow within a supportive work environment. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle assigned legal matters from intake through resolution under attorney supervision as needed

• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to deadlines

• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and procedural rules to support case strategy

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and related parties in a clear and respectful manner

• Assist with hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation-related proceedings

• Maintain organized case files and track important dates, filings, and required documentation

• Develop knowledge of workers’ compensation practice and apply training to active matters

• Support broader civil litigation work and contribute to effective case preparation

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Arizona is required
• At least some prior exposure to legal practice or a strong interest in beginning an attorney career is preferred
• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and legal drafting is beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and close attention to detail are essential

Compensation

$85,000.00-$115,000.00 Yearly
