Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, employees, and executive guests with a detail-oriented and approachable presence at the front desk.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries accurately, and taking messages when needed.
• Maintain smooth front desk operations throughout the day in a high-traffic corporate office environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guests are announced, routed properly, and assisted in a timely manner.
• Handle several tasks at once while staying organized, calm, and responsive during peak activity periods.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and reception support that helps the office run efficiently.
• Use sound judgment to prioritize requests and involve the appropriate team members when additional support is needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone or switchboard system.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented demeanor with a welcoming, dependable, and discreet approach.
• Consistent employment history that reflects reliability and stability.
• Backgrounds in corporate, financial services, hospitality, technology, or legal environments are preferred.
Compensation
