Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace matters, helping address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for permanent staff, including documentation, orientation support, and timely follow-up on pre-employment requirements.
• Administer routine HR processes and maintain accurate personnel records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support benefits-related activities by assisting employees with enrollments, changes, and general questions about available programs.
• Enter, update, and audit employee information within the HRIS to ensure records remain complete, current, and reliable.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives, resolve administrative issues, and improve the employee experience.
• Assist with policy communication and reinforce consistent application of HR procedures across the workforce.
Qualifications:
• 3+ Experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR support role.
• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and HR administration.
• Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding for new employees.
• Familiarity with benefits processes, including enrollments and employee support.
• Proficiency using HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
