License Contract Specialist

As a License Contract Specialist, you’ll support the processing of new and prospective agents’ licensing, certifications, and compliance documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, process, and maintain agent contracts
- Submit applications, forms, and required fees for agent resident and non‑resident licenses
- Notify company leaders regarding applicant approvals or rejections
- Maintain organized, compliant files—including correspondence, records, and regulatory reports
- Oversee consumer report billing, state insurance renewals, and renewal billing
- Provide backup support for New Business submissions
