Accounting Manager

Our client is a growing, entrepreneurial organization servicing a diverse portfolio of consumer-focused businesses. With ambitious expansion plans, the CFO is hiring an Accounting Manager to join the NY based Finance Team. 

In this newly created position, you'll help build stronger processes and controls. Partnering closely with an experienced leadership team, the Accounting Manager will be highly visible. On a day-to-day basis, you'll help develop more robust accounting processes, strengthening the financial infrastructure and creating the operational foundation needed to support a growing, multi-entity business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Controller and executive leadership to strengthen accounting operations, improve financial reporting, and support the continued growth of the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance accounting processes, ensure reporting accuracy, and build scalable procedures to support a growing multi-entity business.
• Work closely with the Controller, CFO, and cross-functional teams to oversee accounting operations, improve reporting, and drive process improvements across multiple business units.
• Support the organization's growth by partnering with leadership to enhance accounting policies, streamline month-end reporting, strengthen internal controls, and improve operational efficiency.

Compensation

$130,000.00-$150,000.00 Yearly
