Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, clients, and staff members with a courteous and friendly approach while directing them to the appropriate destination.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls accurately and promptly.
• Provide front desk and concierge-style assistance by responding to general questions and helping visitors with basic on-site needs.
• Maintain an orderly reception area to ensure the front office reflects a positive and organized image.
• Coordinate daily check-in procedures for visitors and communicate arrivals to internal team members as needed.
• Handle routine administrative support tasks connected to reception operations, including message taking and basic record updates.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing office support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous telephone manner.
• Comfortable managing a steady flow of inbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, dependable, and attentive in a busy reception setting.
• Proficiency in delivering a welcoming visitor experience with tact and courtesy.
Compensation
