Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and create a courteous and organized first impression for everyone entering the office.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Prepare outgoing mailings and assist with sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming correspondence.
• Coordinate with vendors to support routine office needs and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Scan, file, and organize documents to ensure records remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.
• Perform general clerical support such as data entry, document preparation, copying, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist with front-desk and administrative tasks throughout the workweek while supporting an efficient onsite office environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of prior office, administrative, or receptionist experience.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to manage guest interactions and phone communications with courtesy and efficiency.
• Experience handling clerical duties, document scanning, and general office organization.
• Comfortable working part-time onsite Monday through Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple routine tasks accurately.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment and standard administrative processes.
Compensation
