Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to help maintain an efficient and organized office environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain records with accuracy to support reporting and documentation needs.
• Coordinate general front-desk and receptionist activities, including message taking and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Assist with office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and other routine clerical duties as needed.
• Support administrative workflows by preparing documents and ensuring information is properly organized and accessible.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role.• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Comfortable performing receptionist and front-office responsibilities in a detail-focused setting.
• Proficiency with standard administrative practices, including filing, scheduling, and document handling.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
