Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and platform-savvy Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social execution across multiple brand accounts. If you’re passionate about content, community engagement, trends, and performance optimization, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and execute social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X, and Pinterest
• Write compelling social copy tailored to brand voice and platform best practices
• Monitor content performance and share insights on top-performing and underperforming posts
• Use tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social, and social listening platforms
• Support reporting through KPI tracking and performance observations
• Identify platform trends, competitor activity, and community insights to inform content opportunities
• Assist with community management and audience engagement
• Ensure content is accessible, on-brand, and optimized for each platform
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account teams to keep programs moving efficiently

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of social media experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Experience with social scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools
• Strong copywriting skills and experience managing content calendars
• Familiarity with community management and short-form video content
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and current digital trends
• Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable

Compensation

$38.00-$43.00 Hourly
