Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale operational transition initiative involving multiple business units and stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in driving project execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones are met on an aggressive timeline.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a company undergoing significant organizational transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a complex business transition project.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify requirements, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate efforts across numerous internal business functions while keeping leadership informed of progress.
• Ensure all project activities are completed within established deadlines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success driving projects from planning through implementation.
• Ability to influence teams and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
• Comfortable operating in environments with evolving processes and limited project management structure.
• Experience working with franchise-based organizations or distributed business models.
• Background in highly regulated industries is a plus.
