Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day customer interactions for a Contract position based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance, resolving questions, and ensuring accurate order processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and a service-focused approach.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide clear, courteous support for a wide range of inquiries.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide updates to customers.
• Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems and verify information before submission.
• Resolve service issues efficiently by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward appropriate solutions.
• Document conversations, actions taken, and relevant account details to maintain complete service records.
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to address order concerns, escalations, or account-related questions.
• Maintain a consistent standard of professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy in order processing and record updates.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively while delivering quality service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to document interactions and access customer information.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation

$26.60-$30.80 Hourly
