Training Coordinator
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join a team in Maryland. This position focuses on organizing training operations, supporting instructors and employees, and helping maintain accurate learning records and reporting. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple administrative and training-related tasks in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain the training schedule and related materials used by employees across the agency.
• Serve as a point of contact for trainers by coordinating logistics, sharing resources, and helping instructor-led sessions run smoothly.
• Respond to escalated training support questions and provide second-level assistance when appropriate.
• Assist with tracking participation and outcomes by helping build data collection methods and compiling information to measure training effectiveness.
• Help manage employee learning records and support administrators with updates and documentation in training systems.
• Partner with leaders and staff to locate, extract, and interpret training data needed for reporting and operational decisions.
• Handle day-to-day administrative coordination to keep training team activities efficient and well organized.
• Contribute to cross-functional learning efforts and take part in special assignments as business needs evolve.
• Perform work in alignment with company policies as well as applicable contract, state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting employee training activities, including coordination of instructor-led programs or orientation tasks for new employees.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, records, and multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Ability to navigate routine processes that may include occasional variables and changing priorities.
• Must be eligible to drive for work purposes, meet insurability requirements, and complete any required company vehicle training if needed.
Compensation
