As a Full-Time Engagement Professional, you'll be a salaried Robert Half employee supporting a variety of Accounting and Finance projects with leading organizations throughout the Fort Worth area. What You'll Do

Project assignments may include:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial modeling
• Budget-to-actual and variance analysis
• KPI reporting and dashboard development
• Executive reporting
• Data analysis and business insights
• Month-end close support
• Process improvement initiatives
• ERP implementations and system conversions
• Special projects and interim finance support

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

✔ Two or more years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✔ Experience partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Power BI
• Tableau
• Adaptive Planning
• Hyperion
• Oracle
• SAP
• Workday
• Anaplan
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Financial modeling
• Banking or Financial Services
• Dashboard development
