Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing organization in Boca Raton. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys owning the day-to-day financial operations of a business.

Job Description:

• Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Generate monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and tax filings.
• Work closely with outside CPA firms and other financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping or comprehensive bookkeeping experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience processing payroll and preparing financial statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
