Help Desk Technician

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, solutions-focused Help Desk Technician for an exciting opportunity with a growing organization. If you enjoy helping people, solving technical issues, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great next step in your IT career.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, email, and printer issues
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and user accounts
• Track and document support requests in a ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members

Qualifications:

• Experience in help desk, desktop support, or technical support
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple requests
