Experienced Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in government or public-sector hiring. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions and work closely with hiring managers and community partners to attract qualified and diverse candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
• Recruit for administrative, professional, technical, and community-based roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates through job boards, community organizations, career fairs, and professional networks
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate selection
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Use NEOGOV or a similar applicant tracking system
• Support community outreach and diversity recruiting efforts

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in government or the public sector
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles
• Familiarity with NEOGOV or a similar ATS
• Knowledge of government hiring processes and employment regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with community outreach and diverse candidate sourcing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
