NetSuite Architect

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a NetSuite Architect (contract). In this role, you will lead the design, optimization, and long-term strategy of a global enterprise resource planning platform. This role will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable solutions that support financial, operational, and supply chain processes across a complex organization. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall ERP architecture strategy across financial and operational functions.
• Design scalable system solutions that support evolving business requirements.
• Drive platform enhancements, customizations, and optimization initiatives.
• Define integration strategies between ERP and enterprise applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support financial, accounting, and workforce management system requirements.
• Oversee enterprise application integrations and data flow governance.
• Establish technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Support system upgrades, performance improvements, and platform scalability.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of ERP implementation, architecture, or consulting experience.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
• Background supporting supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or inventory-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and business operations processes.
• Experience supporting multi-entity or international business operations.
• Experience with payroll, HR, or related business system integrations.
• Knowledge of ERP customization, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing complex enterprise application architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading enterprise ERP transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and data architecture.
• Experience establishing governance models and technology standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
