Bilingual Spanish Entry-Level Office Clerk

Robert Half is currently hiring an Entry-Level Office Clerk to support a nonprofit organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build administrative experience in a professional office environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Answering phones and assisting with basic front desk needs

• Filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents

• Entering information into internal systems

• Assisting with mail and general office correspondence

• Maintaining organized records and files

• Helping staff with basic administrative tasks

• Communicating with clients and visitors in both English and Spanish

• Supporting the office with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a nonprofit environment
