Help Desk Technician II

We are seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for end users and resolve escalated IT issues. This role requires experience troubleshooting hardware, software, remote access, and user account issues while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related systems
• Troubleshoot Active Directory issues including password resets, account access, and permissions.
• Support Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage and document incidents in the ticketing system.
• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and device troubleshooting.
• Assist users with VPN connectivity and remote desktop support.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, ticketing systems, MDM, VPN, and remote desktop tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
