Human Resources Generalist
Robert Half is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Honolulu seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and is knowledgeable about HR best practices. Preference will be given to Hawaii residents due to the nature of the work and onsite interviewing requirements.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee relations matters and HR investigations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Process personnel changes, new hires, and terminations
- Assist with performance management and training initiatives
- Generate HR reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning efforts
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
Compensation
