Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to add to our team. The Proposal Coordinatorplays a key role in managing the pursuit process from initial receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Letters of Interest (LOI) to final submission and client interview. This position collaborates with project managers, business development, and service area leaders to implement pursuit strategy and ensure consistent branding throughout each proposal to position the company for success in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.

What you will do:
- Manage the proposal development process by coordinating with project managers across multiple service areas.
- Edit proposal content and provide strategy and branding input for RFPs, RFQs, and LOIs.
- Collaborate with business development and service area leaders to support sales strategy.
- Participate in go/no-go meetings, capture planning, and positioning activities.
- Maintain CRM entries and account management throughout the pursuit process.
- Provide copy/design editing by proofreading content for voice, grammar, and messaging.
- Set schedules and meet deadlines for each opportunity.
- Track proposal results and participate in debriefs on proposal wins/losses.
- May remain in stationary position for extended periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience collaborating within a regional marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity.
- Developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production.
- Previous RFP experience with DOTs or other governmental agencies
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to develop and refine content is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Microsoft Suite Products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc).
- Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment.
- Must be able to work onsite at a WSB office, as needed, up to five days per week, as required by the project, client, or hiring manager.
- Travel or field visits may be required to support project needs or stakeholder collaboration.
- Travel may be required.
