Learfield's Digital & Technology Segment is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a key finance partner across our portfolio of digital businesses — including Paciolan, Sidearm, and Edge — and our technology organization. This is a high-visibility role that blends recurring financial ownership with strategic, project-based analysis, reporting directly to the Segment CFO.
You will own the consolidation of financials across the segment's business units, act as the embedded finance partner to our technology organization, build and standardize finance and accounting best practices, and deliver decision-support analysis that shapes how the business grows. If you're an analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys both running a tight process and digging into the story behind the numbers, we'd like to hear from you.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Digital Segment Consolidation
    • Own the monthly consolidation of business-unit financials across the Digital segment, including multiple operating units and shared cost centers.
    • Maintain and document consolidation logic, roll-ups, and cost-center treatment.
    • Reconcile business-unit submissions to consolidated results and resolve variances.
    • Deliver accurate, on-time consolidated reporting aligned to the close calendar.
  • Technology Organization Support
    • Serve as the embedded finance partner to the technology organization.
    • Own monthly tracking and reporting of technology operating expense, headcount, and capital spend.
    • Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and spend management; identify efficiency opportunities.
    • Support business cases for technology investments and allocations.
  • Finance & Accounting Standardization
    • Build and maintain the finance and accounting close calendar and deliverables standards.
    • Document standard operating procedures for recurring deliverables.
    • Identify and implement process improvements that make reporting more consistent and scalable.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis
    • Build models and analyses for pricing, profitability, and investment decisions.
    • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
    • Support M&A, scenario planning, and resource-allocation analysis as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Demonstrated ownership of recurring financial deliverables and close or reporting processes.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience partnering with non-finance business leaders and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-business-unit consolidation.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP/GL systems, Snowflake, Salesforce, planning tools).
  • Background in SaaS, technology, media, or sports/entertainment.

Who You Are

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong business judgment.
  • A direct, high-integrity communicator who surfaces issues proactively.
  • Self-directed and organized, able to run a process and improve it.
  • Comfortable balancing recurring responsibilities with project-based analytical work.
